Please read the following Terms & Conditions for J Jewels London. By reading this you accept all Terms & Conditions stated here. If you do not agree then you must not use the website.
We reserve the right to update and amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made we will reflect this on the site and endeavour to inform you. It is your responsibility to read the new Terms & Conditions regularly.

J Jewels London respects your privacy and will treat all information confidentially.

We require certain personal information when you register on our site or when you make a purchase. The data collected can include: Name, Address, Telephone number, Email address, Password and Payment details. We will not pass on your information to third parties.
By making a purchase on our website, you are not automatically subscribing to our newsletter. Subscription to our newsletter is by opt-in only, thereafter you will receive occassional promotional emails about our products and services. We do not sell or trade email databases with third parties. If you wish to unsubscribe from our email updates, please do so using the links at the bottom of our email campaigns.

We will use your information for the following:
  • To process orders
  • To contact you about J Jewels London promotions and services (with your consent only)
  • To maintain and improve the content of our website
  • For complaint handling and enquiries

Once you have placed an order online, you will be sent a confirmation email informing you that your order is being processed. If there are any problems with your order we will inform you as soon as possible. We reserve the right to refuse an order for any reason. In such circumstances you shall be informed and a refund will be issued accordingly.
Payment can be made via Woo Commerce, stripe payments or Paypal in a secure environment. We accept Visa, Delta, Mastercard, Switch, Visa Electron and Solo.


We will normally dispatch orders same/next working day but please allow 5 working days for United Kingdom delivery (25 days international orders) before contacting us.


J Jewels London is committed to providing the best customer service available. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return the unused goods to us in their original condition within 30 days of receipt. Please note earrings, any jewellery for piercings and rings that have been adjustable will not be refundable. Please contact us before sending a return. Unfortunately, we cannot make a refund for goods which have been damaged by you after receipt.
We will issue a refund (which will not include the costs of delivery) on receipt of unused goods. Refunds will only be made to the credit or debit card on which the purchase was made. Please include the receipt and a note saying who you are and whether you want a refund or to exchange it for a different size or colour. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the goods using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Your right to cancel: You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed by contacting our support team.


Should you ever have cause to make a complaint, we will use all reasonable endeavours to respond within one working days

Faulty Products much be reported within 1 day at info@jjewelslondon.com When contacting us, please include your order reference number, your name and a description of faulty items. Photographic evidence of the damaged product(s) is required or a refund/exchange will be refused. All faulty products must be returned to J Jewels London before credit can be raised.
